Hey there!
Welcome to "You've got red on you, A fangirl's blog!"

I made this blog to keep up with my anime obsession as reality starts to take over my life.

The series I usually post about, and am currently obsessing over are Katekyo Hitman REBORN, Vocaloid, Durarara!!, Bakuman, Togainu no Chi, Kuroshitsuji and several other anime, manga and games.

Feel free to roam about, and leave a comment here and there. Feedback is appreciated, but not demanded.

You can also contact me on Youtube (WillowsSilence121), DeviantART (123miharu-harumi321), Twitter (ManekiNeko14) and Cosplay.com (Maneki_Neko14).

Also, I have another blog dedicated to my doujinshi collection, though it is still under construction. Feel free to check it out at manekineko14.blogspot.

REBORN Updates [Shimon cast + others]

Hey guys, I haven't updated about Reborn in a LOOOONG time
forgive me m(____)m

Anyways, not sure if I've announced this or not, but regarding the anime ending. It has ended. But not completely (yay for being confusing?)

Basically, the current anime HAS ending. They've stopped making episodes with TV Tokyo. What they're doing now is switching to a different company and will continue making episodes in a new series called "Katekyo Hitman REBORN! Generation X!" which will include the Inheritance and Shimon arcs (and whatever follows).

The cast for Shimon has been announced already and many clips have been put on Nico Nico as well as Youtube:

Kozato Enma - Uchiyama Kouki
Aoba Koyo - Kimura Ryouhei
Suzuki Adelheid - Yuuki Aira
Shitt. P! - Lyrian
Katou Julie - Oozaki Makoto
Mizuno Kaoru - Kurihara Kouhei

Starry☆Sky PC Demo

I recently found a download-able PC version of Starry☆Sky Hongfire. (Demo's!)
I've finished downloading and trying out (not fully played yet) Spring and Summer. I'm currently still working on Autumn and Winter.

I though I should share the links as well~

:bulletpink: this is a TORRENT. Therefore if you do not have a torrent extractor of SOME SORT (uTorrent, Bittorrent etc. are all free downloads, just google them) then you won't be able to download these games!

:bulletpink: they are .rar files. If you do not have winRAR, (most computers come with winZIP already installed), then you should get it. It's free as well, just google it.

:bulletpink: they take a REALLY LONG ASS TIME TO DOWNLOAD. So don't be in a rush! I let my SPRING download sit for like 4 or 5 hours :/ get up, go do something, don't just sit and wait for the thing to download.

:bulletpink: You should set your computer to Japanese! I mean, this is an optional thing, but if you don't it will look like gibberish and moonspeak rather than correct Japanese characters.

:bulletpink: There is rumored to have only 1 ending per game for the PC download. I haven't tried this yet, seeing as how I downloaded them last night before I slept XD; but that's ok! You should still enjoy the games to their fullest!

:bulletpink: Just because you have the PC game demo downloaded, doesn't mean you shouldn't support Honeybee and BUY THE GAME. It's for PSP and PC platforms and ranges between 60-90 dollars depending on what version you get and where.

- click the link, then scroll down and click the link INSIDE the new window that says "attached torrents"
- when a new window pops up, click "open with bittorrent" (or whatever torrent extractor you use)
- the torrent extractor should pop up and extract the file for a few hours.
- when it's done, go into your 'download' file. Find the .rar file that says "Starry Sky" (or "[Otome Game] Starry Sky") and extract it using winRAR.
- Then go into the extracted file and click on "Setup". It should be the only application in there other than the actual game. And even though the Game is already in there, unless you run setup the game won't work!
- Click through the setup window
- when it's finished, click the game and there! It should work!

Autumn: [link]

Winter: [link]

English patch for SPRING: [link]

How to Download English patch:
- Install your Starry Sky ~In Spring~ game, not the patch (you can download it from here). You can install this game in any folder. Mine is in C:\Program Files\asgard\Starry☆Sky~in Spring~
- Then, execute the patch. When it asks for the directory, browse the folder where you installed the game earlier.

Please note: you NEED to have Starry Sky SPRING downloaded too, not just the patch! AND, you NEED to have your computer set to Japanese, it won't work otherwise. (weird, I know)

I couldn't seem to successfully patch my game, but I really gave a half-assed attempt at it XD;
oh well, I'm sure you can do better!!

I'll put the downloads to the Drama CD's in a different post <3
Any questions, concerns etc. just let me know!

Happy Holidays with Starry☆Sky!

Sorry for the late wishing! > u<;
But I hope you all had a wonderful Christmas and New Years! Wow, 2011 already? The year went by SO FAST!

Welllllllll I'm going to start blogging about MORE than Reborn and Vocaloid XD;

Because, well, my interests span farther than that, so why not?

To start this off, I'm going to discuss the StarrySky anime!

I'm sure any otome game fan has heard of the series. It's been a very popular game series since '09. Though it was recently made into an animation!

You can find the official animation website here:

As well as the official website for the games here:

【Starry☆Sky 応援中!】

Basically the plot is: "Tsukiko Yahisa (or "you", considering this is an otome game) is the first female student to enroll at Seigatsu Academy, a former all-boys school specializing in astronomy. She is closely watched over by her childhood friends, Kanata Nanami and Suzuya Tohzuki, who often protect her from the male student body. Throughout the games, she befriends other young men whose personalities are based on the Western zodiac constellations." (Ref: Wikipedia)

After watching the first few episodes (and having long since played all 4 games XD) I can say it's pretty damn good. The art is acceptable, though the plot is a little dry. If you're not a shoujo fan, I wouldn't reccomend it.

The first main three characters from ~SPRING~ are:

Yoh Tomoe (Capricorn, voiced by Hikaru Midorikawa)

【Starry☆Sky 応援中!】

Kanata Namami (Pisces, voiced by Tomokazu Sugita)

【Starry☆Sky 応援中!】

Suzuya Tohzuki (Cancer, voiced by Daisuke Ono)

【Starry☆Sky 応援中!】

So far, they've only released Yoh's episodes (the first two). I know that there are more to come, but so far, it's showing promise! ^^

The other characters that will come soon:

Homare Kanakubo (Taurus, voiced by Soichiro Hoshi)

【Starry☆Sky 応援中!】

Ryunosuke Miyaji (Scorpio, voiced by Hiroshi Kamiya)

【Starry☆Sky 応援中!】

Azusa Kinose (Sagittarius, voiced by Jun Fukuyama)

【Starry☆Sky 応援中!】

Iku Mizushima  (Gemini, voiced by Kouji Yusa)

【Starry☆Sky 応援中!】

Naoshi Haruki (Leo, voiced by Daisuke Kishio )

【Starry☆Sky 応援中!】

Kotarou Hoshizuki  (Libra, voiced by Akira Ishida)

【Starry☆Sky 応援中!】

Tsubasa Amaha (Aquarius, voiced by Kenichi Suzumura)

【Starry☆Sky 応援中!】

Kazuki Shiranui (Aeries, voiced by Yuichi Nakamura)

【Starry☆Sky 応援中!】

Hayato Aozora (Virgo, voiced by Daisuke Hirakawa)

【Starry☆Sky 応援中!】

(credits to Honeybee for the images and html links~)
Not to mention that they have the voice acting cast of the GODS. Seriously *drools*.

The series has really exploded recently and has TONS of merchandise avaliable. Including the games, the anime (now), comic anthologys, drama CDs and waaaaay more!

Now that 2+ episodes of the anime are out and subbed, you should go watch it! I have both downloaded if anyone needs a link!

I humbly apologize

I'm sorry for not updating in months! I tried to start up a tumblr but it ended up being another spam site for my weird yaoi pictures and stupid memes.

I greatly apologize for this.

I'm currently in the middle of failing my grade. So I'm transferring to a new school in a few weeks. Please be patient and it will probably be a little after that, that I continue to update this blog on a regular basis.

Until then you can catch me on Deviantart and sometimes Facebook.

Thanks for putting up with my hiatus! <3
